Essential job responsibilities include:
- Support access to necessary digital systems, software, equipment, and office supplies for the YDEKC team
- Maintain and improve the Salesforce CRM database and other systems for member engagement, event registration, attendance tracking, fundraising tracking and receipting
- Support communications team with WordPress website maintenance and Constant Contact newsletter tasks
- Support annual Member pledge campaign and Membership renewals
- Support financial tasks including invoicing, bills, tracking office expenses, adhering to financial policies
- Support committee leads, setup and implementation of remote events, programs, and meetings
