Our two-year strategic plan highlights programmatic goals and strategies in the areas of advocacy, outcomes, and capacity building. It also provides a framework for YDEKC’s sustainability. This strategic plan, YDEKC’s first, was developed through a 6-month-long engagement process with YDEKC’s staff, advisory board, and general membership. It was approved by the YDEKC Advisory Board in March 2014.
