Quick Connections — Partnership Stories & Strategies: Embracing Collaboration Between Community-Based Organizations
Join us for Part 10 in a series highlighting strategies and tools to build and strengthen school-community partnerships, co-sponsored by School’s Out Washington and YDEKC.

We’ll be in conversation with Brandee Paisano, Area Director for Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, about collaborative relationships built during the COVID-19 pandemic, when a scarcity mindset could have distanced organizations from each other. Instead, hear how partnerships with other community-based organizations have brought tremendous value to the work they do with young people, including their partnerships with schools, and what practices you can apply to build your own supportive network.

More about the Series:
In each 30-minute session, our guests share stories, strategies, and strengths from their own experiences. Following the conversation, we invite attendees to share ideas and ask questions in our optional “Partnership Office Hours.”

Afterwards, we connect you to tools and resources from YDEKC’s School-Community Partnership Toolkit to support you as you build and strengthen your own partnerships.

Learn more about the origins and goals for this collaborative series in our 2021 blog post, and check out videos from the rest of the series!
