With the pending departure of our founding E.D., and guided by our Advisory Board, we are seeking a visionary and strategic thinker and leader grounded in King County’s diverse communities and the local youth development field to guide the organization through this strategic transition period and possibly beyond. This role is a 12-month role with the potential for extension.
We seek an Interim Executive Director to proactively engage with Members and assess community needs while building the financial foundations to allow YDEKC to achieve its inclusive strategic objectives.
