Join us for the YDEKC Member Summit on May 10th from 10 am – 2 pm

at Tukwila Community Center!

The YDEKC Annual Member Summit brings together the senior leaders in our membership for connection, inspiration, solutions, and forward movement. Our network of organizational leaders represents more than 100 youth-serving organizations, collectively supporting more than 150,000 young people across King County. Our members embrace a youth development approach to support Black, Indigenous, and Youth of Color to reach the future they envision. Together we commit to addressing racism and racial inequities within our own organizations while working for the policies, programs, and systems that will lead to optimum outcomes for all. It is our intention that Summit participants will:

  • Build relationships within our coalition of youth-serving organizations to facilitate connection, collaboration, and systems-change
  • Identify strategies and examples to transform organizations and our sector to align with our shared commitments to racial equity and social justice
  • Commit to solutions-oriented actions towards advocacy and policy change
  • Gain inspiration and strength from the abundant expertise and passion within our leadership network

This event is designed for Executive Directors, or their designated leads, of YDEKC member organizations.

Lunch will be provided.
