The Senior Director of Impact will supervise an experienced team of staff currently leading continuous improvement and systems change work across the Road Map Project and will report to the CCER Executive Director. The Digital Communications Manager is a new position that will allow CCER Communications to focus on content development and communications strategies for regional alignment with the Road Map Project’s vision, values, and goals. The Research Analyst will provide measurement expertise and statistical skills supporting CCER staff, community members, K12 districts, colleges, improvement networks, and other the Road Map Project partners.

The social research scientist will evaluate approaches that participating schools and communities are using to build capacity to use Trauma-Informed and Restorative Practices (TIRP) that will lead to improved school environments and student outcomes. Trauma-Informed and Restorative Practices Program Coordinator (PPM II)
The Trauma-Informed and Restorative Practices Program Coordinator supports the Strategic Advisor for Trauma-Informed Systems and the Trauma-Informed and Restorative Practices Program. This position is will act as the primary point of contact for the TIRP Steering Committee, and support the TIRP Program Manager in monitoring contracts and implementation of a learning community for awardees. The position will also provide technical assistance to awardees as needed, and support the Best Starts TIRP Evaluation team in coordinating activities with TIRP awardees.
