School’s Out Washington, Youth Development Executives of King County (YDEKC), and SOAR are excited to announce the 2019 Advocacy Day for Youth Development and Expanded Learning.
You, and if you’re a provider – your youth if possible, are cordially invite you to join us in Olympia on Tuesday, January 15, 2019. While you’re here, we will also schedule appointments with your legislators to help promote your program as well as the whole expanded learning (ELOs) and Youth Development field and quality movement.
We’ll provide breakfast (which begins at 8:00 AM), snacks, and preparation before heading into your meetings as well as pre-Advocacy Day online training for adults and one for youth (details to come).
This is a great opportunity to visit the capitol and make a difference. We cannot increase access to high-quality ELOs and youth development programs without your help!
