Jan 18, 2019: FEPP Community Based Organization Information and Feedback Session

POSTED ON January 9, 2019

FEPP Community Based Organization Information and Feedback Session for YDEKC Members

We did it! Thanks to the support and advocacy from parents, community leaders, educators, and youth supporting groups, last November, the Families, Education, Preschool, and Promise (FEPP) Levy was overwhelmingly approved by Seattle voters.

Youth Development Executives of King County (YDEKC) and the DEEL would like to cordially invite you to FEPP Community Based Organization Information and Feedback Session on January 18th at the Columbia City Library.

During the session, DEEL will share information regarding the Levy and DEEL’s approach to closing opportunity gaps for Seattle’s children and youth and will gather feedback on key implementation issues. While there will be opportunity to provide input on key Levy issues, the focus of this session is on K12 investments, particularly investments that support school and CBO partnerships.

Audience
Executive Directors and Designated Leads from YDEKC member organizations. Space is limited, so we are asking that no more than two people come from any one organization.
