Technical report summarizing validation work on YDEKC's Motivation, Engagement, and Beliefs Survey
This report explores the extent to which YDEKC’s Motivation, Engagement, and Beliefs Survey can serve as a valid and reliable measure of youth functioning in a number of areas of social and emotional development. Evidence presented in the report is based on a sample of more than 8,000 surveys administered to 4th- to 12th-grade students in Washington State 21st-Century Community Learning Centers in 2015 and 2016.
