List of questions to guide a revision of a program logic model
Your logic model can be used to orient internal and external stakeholders to the work you do, to evaluate your program’s effectiveness, and to guide future planning. A logic model is a living document; as such, it should be revisited periodically to make sure it is still relevant and useful. Use the questions on this document to guide your thinking.
