YDEKC survey scale that targets academic identity
Academic identity is the extent to which young people identify with those qualities typically associated with being a “good student” – hard work, eagerness to learn, and postsecondary aspirations. Students who score themselves highly on this dimension may be more likely to be motivated by and engaged in their school work. This survey scale targets academic identity.
