Youth Survey Modules

Survey scales to be used alone or in combination

Different survey scales (groups of questions designed to target specific outcome areas) may be more or less relevant to the work of different youth programs. For this reason, we have made our survey content available in modular format. In this section, you can access a print version of the entire YDEKC Engagement, Motivation and Beliefs Survey, or you can select specific modules to use. In general, we recommend that if you combine modules, you present questions in a random order, rather than in order by scale. YDEKC survey modules can also be used with other items that are unique or program-specific.
